MY EXPERIENCE

I am a marketing professional with diverse experience across marketing and technology. Over more than 10 years of my career, I have developed the ability to create complete Marketing Automation flows: from strategy to digital assets that make everything work in practice.

I currently work as a freelancer, and my generalist perspective across marketing and technology allows me to be more strategic, optimize available resources, and work on projects of different sizes and investment levels with efficiency and results-driven focus.

I enjoy acting as a bridge between multidisciplinary stakeholders, translating needs, structuring processes, mapping customer journeys, and developing performance-oriented marketing automation strategies. My approach combines curiosity, analytical depth, and the ability to identify root causes to solve problems effectively.

I highly value organization, clear communication, task prioritization based on value and effort, teamwork, and strong interpersonal relationships. I am also motivated by projects where I can learn, acquire new skills, and apply them to generate better results and drive innovation.

My experience includes managing e-commerce operations, leading CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies, and developing analytical dashboards that support decision-making. It also involves creating landing pages, email marketing campaigns, and marketing automation flows, as well as managing website and application development projects and implementing system improvements, always maintaining a strong connection between marketing and technology.

Recently, I acquired and deepened my knowledge in markup, styling, and programming languages, as well as in Artificial Intelligence, and I started developing AI agents integrated into my automations, making processes more efficient and helping companies save time and resources significantly. These technical skills allow me to connect strategy even more effectively with practical implementation.
